Last updated: March 29, 2026
Elevens is a football tracking web application. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, where it comes from, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices you have. It is designed to be readable and to reflect the app’s current implementation, including account sessions, optional analytics, and operational error monitoring.
Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to visitors to the Elevens website, account holders, and people who interact with the service. It covers information collected through the web app and related operational tooling used to run it.

| Technical and usage data | IP address, browser/device details, route visits, timestamps, referrer-like page context, and app interaction metadata. | Collected automatically when you use the site and, for analytics, only after consent. | To operate the service, troubleshoot issues, monitor reliability, and understand product usage. |

Legal bases for users in Europe or the UK
If European or UK privacy law applies to your use of Elevens, we rely on the following legal bases depending on the processing activity:

Cookies and similar technologies
Elevens uses strictly necessary cookies and similar storage for authentication, rendering preferences, country selection, and consent records. We also use optional Mixpanel analytics storage only after you opt in. For details, see the Cookie Policy.
Sharing and disclosures
We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose data to service providers that help us run the app, including:
- Hosting, infrastructure, and database providers used to deliver the site.
- Mixpanel for optional analytics when you have enabled analytics cookies.
- Sentry for operational error monitoring and reliability diagnostics.
- Professional advisers or authorities when required for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside your country. When that happens, we expect appropriate safeguards to be used under applicable law, such as contractual protections or another valid transfer mechanism.
Retention
| Data category | Baseline retention approach |

| Account records | For as long as the account remains active, plus a reasonable period for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. |
| Session records | Up to 7 days per session unless revoked sooner. |
| Country and consent preferences | Up to 1 year unless you change or clear them earlier. |
| Client hint cookies | Up to 1 year, subject to browser behavior and your settings. |

Your choices and rights
- You can review or change your cookie preferences at any time through Cookie settings in the app.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, or restriction of certain personal data.
- If we rely on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time going forward.
- California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and receive information about how their data is used and disclosed. Based on the current app implementation, Elevens does not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share” link because the app does not currently sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
- European and UK users may also have the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service and the data we process. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Elevens is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 for consumer use of the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, vendors, or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
